Gifts made to the Area of Greatest Need are unrestricted donations that will be put in the DSU Fund. This fund makes it possible for Delta State to give our students the values, skills, knowledge, and opportunities required to compete in an ever-changing world and an increasingly competitive work environment. The DSU Fund also enables us to award more scholarships, attract top-notch faculty, conduct research, and provide outreach services. Private support is essential to the advancement of the University. Especially important is unrestricted support from alumni and friends, which allows Delta State the freedom to direct funds to areas most in need.
